Spongilla spicules can be seen as a powder to the naked eye and a sharp rod crystal under the microscope. In just one treatment, 3-5 million natural siliceous microneedles are directly introduced into the dermal layer upon massaging to trigger the body's natural healing response, stimulate collagen and elastin production, and promote new cell regeneration for clear, healthy-looking skin.

Unlike traditional micro-needling, there is no topical numbing, skin breakage, or bleeding, making it a much more comfortable session. The treatment is more of a sensation rather than a pain.

The microneedles remain in the skin for 24-48 hours after treatment and continue collagen production. It is not abnormal to feel slightly tingly and itchy when touching the skin.

Most people experience redness for 1-3 days; this is a normal reaction. Because
of the skin cell renewal process, you will feel relatively dry for the first few days
after the treatment. Flaking or peeling can be expected on days 3-5, depending on the penetration level and current skin condition. Not everyone will peel from treatment, which does not mean it is not working; instead, it means the area regenerates faster. Results can be seen in as little as seven days.
