    Otherwise, feel free to get in touch via the contact page. All bookings require a deposit to secure your treatment.

  • Your skin is uniquely yours, and your concerns, history, lifestyle and skin responses matter.

    During the initial consultation, I’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface, create a tailored care plan and ensure that your treatments are safe, appropriate and aligned with your long-term outcomes.

  • It depends on the complexity of your skin concerns.

    Skin conditions like acne, rosacea, pigmentation or visible ageing each have their own patterns.

    Generally, you may begin to see meaningful changes after a series of treatments (often 6–10 sessions) plus ongoing maintenance.

    Think of it as a journey, not a one-off fix.

  • After your first session you might notice your skin feels calmer, more hydrated and possibly brighter, but lasting change takes time.

    The real benefits come when we build a consistent foundation, revisit and refine your plan, and support your skin’s resilience over months.

  • Preparation depends on the treatment you’ve chosen.

    For best results I may recommend pausing certain active ingredients (like high-strength vitamin A) a few days beforehand, and ensuring your skin is in the best possible condition for the procedure.

💌 Bookings & Fee FAQs

  • Yes. To secure your appointment I require a $90 booking fee.

    This is applied toward your treatment cost and holds your time slot while we finalise your booking.

  • Because each slot is reserved solely for you, I ask for considerate notice if you require changes:

    • 48 hours or more notice: No fee. Your deposit is transferred to your next appointment.

    • Within 48 hours: Your $90 booking fee is retained.

    • Within 24 hours: 50% of your treatment cost is charged.

    • Within 4 hours / No-show: Full treatment cost is charged.

    Please note that any outstanding fees must be cleared before new appointments can be booked.

    You’re also welcome to send someone in your place (a friend or loved one) and cancellation fees will be waived—just let me know ahead of time.

  • This depends on your skin goals and how it responds. For some, fortnightly sessions help build momentum; for others, monthly visits maintain results.

    We’ll determine the right rhythm together.

  • After each treatment, I’ll provide you with clear instructions tailored to what we did.

    Because your skin will respond differently depending on what we’ve focused on, these aftercare steps are key to support your outcomes and protect your skin’s barrier.

  • Some treatments may involve mild redness, sensitivity or swelling depending on intensity.

    I’ll always let you know ahead of time and work with you to select timing that doesn’t conflict with upcoming events or commitments.

  • For certain treatments your skin may be more vulnerable to UV and active formulas. I’ll advise if sunscreen, avoidance of direct sun or temporary breaks from strong exfoliants are necessary.

    Your skin’s healing is even more powerful when matched with the right care.

  • Expect calm. Your session begins with a moment to breathe and settle in before we move into your personalised treatment.

    I’ll explain what I’m doing along the way (if you’d like), or you’re welcome to simply relax and enjoy the quiet.

  • Depending on the treatment, I may recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours to allow your skin to breathe and recover.

    If makeup is needed after your appointment, I’ll guide you on safe, skin-friendly options.

  • Yes! Digital and physical gift vouchers are available and can be customised for any amount or treatment. They make a beautiful way to share the experience of calm, restorative skin care with someone special.

  • To preserve a peaceful space for you and others, appointments are best enjoyed solo. This allows you to fully switch off and experience your treatment without distraction.

📍Location & Arrival FAQs

    Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your treatment without rush.

  • I strive to give you the full focused time your skin deserves.

    If you arrive significantly late, I may have to shorten your session to keep the schedule intact for the next client—or in some cases reschedule with the late-notice cancellation policy applying.

  • If the entry door is locked, please text me at 0424 100 362 to open the door for you.

    If you are a little early, please take a seat in our waiting area at the bottom of the Clinic stairs and I will let you in as soon as possible.

  • Yes. I work with science-backed, barrier-supportive skincare brands that complement your in-clinic treatments.

    After your session, I’ll guide you through what will best support your skin at home.

  • Not necessarily, but professional home care helps maintain and enhance your in-clinic results.

    I’ll always give honest recommendations based on your needs, not unnecessary add-ons.

  • We can absolutely review your current routine together.

    Often, it’s just about adjusting when and how you use certain products to make them work better for your skin.
