Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing The Peaceful Skin Co for your skin health journey. Your time in the studio is dedicated entirely to you, your skin, your experience, and your results, so I kindly ask for your understanding with the following guidelines.


Deposit / Booking Fee

To confirm your appointment, a booking fee of $90 is required. This secures your time and is applied to the cost of your treatment. Until this deposit is received, your appointment remains tentative.

If you provide sufficient notice when cancelling or rescheduling, your deposit will be retained on your account and applied to your next visit.

Confirmation & Communication

Once your booking is made, you’ll receive an email confirming your appointment details.

A reminder will be sent 72 hours before, and again 24 hours before, to confirm your attendance or make any changes.

Please reply to confirm, or contact me directly if you need to reschedule. If I don’t receive confirmation, your appointment time may be offered to another client.

Cancellations & Late Notice

Each treatment is planned with care and intention. Short-notice cancellations can’t always be filled, so the following policy applies:

48 hours or more notice:
No fee. Your deposit can be transferred to your next appointment.

Within 48 hours:
Your $90 booking fee will be retained.

Within 24 hours:
50% of your total treatment cost will be charged.

Within 4 hours / No show:
The full treatment cost will be charged.

Please note, any outstanding fees must be settled before future appointments can be made.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin calmly and make the most of your time.

If you arrive late, I may need to shorten your treatment to ensure the next client isn’t delayed.

If the delay means your full session can’t be completed within the scheduled time, your appointment may be considered a late cancellation and the above policy will apply.

Can’t make it? Send someone in your place

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send a friend or loved one instead. I’ll happily waive any cancellation fees, and they’ll receive the same calm, results-focused care.

Just let me know ahead of time so I can prepare for their visit.
