Booking Policy

The Peaceful Skin Co. requires a non-refundable and non-transferable 50% booking fee to secure all appointments.

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

Cancellations outside 72 hours may result in the booking fee being held on file for 30 days, to be rebooked within that time only. If a suitable time cannot be arranged within those 30 days, the fee will not be refunded.

Gift vouchers may be used as a booking fee and once applied, follow the same non-refundable and late cancellation terms.

Appointments made through the website or by text message will receive a confirmation.
All appointments require the 50% booking fee to be confirmed.
If the booking fee is not paid, the appointment will not be booked, confirmed, or held, and the time may be offered to another client.
The Peaceful Skin Co. reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings.

No-shows will forfeit the booking fee and be charged the remaining balance of the service.
Appointment changes cannot be accepted through social media.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to twice within 8 weeks. If a suitable time cannot be found during that period, the booking fee will be forfeited.

No-shows will forfeit their booking fee and will be charged the remaining balance of the service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment cannot be guaranteed and may need to be treated as a no-show.
If you are late but still able to be seen, the treatment time may be shortened and full payment will still apply.

Any changes to your booked service must be requested at least 72 hours before your appointment. Same-day adjustments may not be possible and the original service fee may still apply.

To ensure the best treatment outcome, clients are expected to follow all pre and post care instructions provided. Some treatments require skin preparation or temporary adjustments to your skincare routine. The Peaceful Skin Co. cannot be responsible for reactions or results that occur when pre or post care guidelines are not followed.

Booking fees, late cancellations, no-shows, and completed services are non-refundable.

For your safety, it is essential that you inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent changes to your health prior to your treatment. Some conditions or medications may affect which treatments are suitable.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact your treatment outcome, and The Peaceful Skin Co. cannot be held responsible for reactions or results arising from undisclosed health information.

Payment is required in full on the day of your appointment.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or redemption. Once used as a booking fee, they follow the same cancellation and non-refundable terms as standard booking fees. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or expired, and The Peaceful Skin Co. is not responsible for lost vouchers.

The Peaceful Skin Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your appointment.

The Peaceful Skin Co. reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or contraindications to treatment.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. By booking an appointment, you agree to all terms outlined above.
