Booking Policy

Cancellations

Life happens, and understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your booking. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice to any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client, otherwise your nooking deposit will be forfeited.

Running Late

If you are running late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule or cut your treatment short to ensure it doesn’t take away from other clients. Please note, that because your time slot has been booked and cannot be replaced, the full original treatment will be charged.
