You'll arrive to a warm, quiet studio where the pace of everything shifts. We'll start with a conversation about your skin, your stress, your body, and anything I need to know before I design your treatment. From that conversation, I select every product, technique, and focus area specifically for your skin that day. No two sessions look the same, even for the same client. From there, I'll leave you to settle into the treatment bed and let the room do its work.
Essential oil inhalations open the treatment, settling your breathing before I begin. Deep, rhythmic cleansing and enzyme exfoliation come first, followed by extended massage and lymphatic movement across your face, neck, shoulders, arms, and scalp. This is the heart of the session. While your customised mask infuses, I keep working through the body, never leaving you idle. Cooling mists carry you through each transition, and the pace stays the same throughout: slow, considered, completely unhurried.
When we finish, I'll raise the bed, and you'll find a herbal tea and a vegan treat waiting at your side. There's no rush to get up. The treatment ends when you're ready.
